1. The maintenance of TV

1) Please turn off your TV by pressing the power key rather than turning off the TV by remote control, in order to avoid the TV at standby mode for a long time.

2) If there¡¯s voltage fluctuation, it is better to turn off your TV, or to fit out a set of regulated power supply with good quality.

3) Place your TV away from places that it could come in contact with liquids. Consider keeping it away from places where people might take a drink and potentially spill it, or places where there could be a potential leak. For any liquid can cause the defect of components inside the TV or short circuit of the circuit board.

4) Please do not place any candle on your TV when there is power failure.

5) Do not unpack the back cabinet to clean the circuit board or repair if you are not professional.

2. How to maintain the remote control?

1) Please remove the dead battery to avoid the battery electrolyte from corroding the circuit board.

2) Please do not make your remote control become contact with water or any other liquid.

3) Please do not allow your children to play with the remote control to cause any damage.

4) Clean the surface of your remote control regularly with clean and dry cloth. Never use water, cleaning fluids, wax, or chemicals. Keeping dust off your TV will help extend its service life.

5) If the surface of your remote control is dusty, please use the soft cloth or cotton with some neutral detergent to remove the dirt off. And leave it to dry in the air.

3. How to maintain TV to extend its service life?

i. How to use:

1) Please keep the screen from direct sunshine. Because if the screen is placed somewhere exposed to direct sunlight for a long period during the day, it will influence the watching effects, and also cause the aging of LCD/LED panel, decrease of luminosity factor and short life period.

2) Please do not remove the back cabinet of your TV without any professional maintenance workers. In order to avoid the accident such as burns or electric shock, please do not touch the circuit components inside the TV, because there is high voltage and live backplane. If some metal falls into the TV, please ask professional workers to remove the back cabinet to take it out, otherwise it will cause short circuit and burn out components.

3) Please do not let rain or other liquid flow into your TV, because any liquid will result in leakage or damages of circuit components.

4) Please do not watch TV when thundering. It is necessary to equip your TV with a lightning rod while using an outdoor antenna; if not, please do not watch TV, and unplug the power cord and outdoor antenna to avoid damages caused by the lightning stroke.

5) You¡¯d better not to turn off your TV by remote control if you do not use the TV for a long time. When the TV is shut down by the remote control, the circuit of the power supply is still at work which wastes electricity and has security potential.

6) Try not to break the power cord. It is necessary to check whether the power cord has been damaged; if the copper exposed, please replace the power cord in time to avoid serious loss.

7) Please avoid the electric shock and electrostatic induction: the antenna and AV terminals interface on the TV have induction current caused by return circuit on the baseboard; so if you need to connect the terminals by yourself; you should not do this with wet hands or standing on the floor barefoot. Unplug your television before you start connecting.

ii. How to maintain:

1) Please do not move your TV frequently, and handle it with care. The LCD/LED panel is the most important part, so please do not hit it by some tough objects or shock it severely. And neither move your TV when it is charged nor move it off immediately after shutting down. Please cut off the power first and wait a moment before moving your TV.

2) Pay attention to heat dissipation when watching TV: try to keep your TV away from heat sources; don¡¯t put it somewhere too close to the wall. And in winter, try to keep it away from heater vents or radiators.

3) The brightness of the screen should be adjusted to the moderate level: adjust the brightness according to the quality of the image. Depending on the amount of light that is in the room, you may not need to place the brightness on its highest setting.

4) Try not to turn on and off your TV frequently: every time you turn on TV, the LCD/LED panel is impacted by high current surge at the moment; in addition, the inductive and capacitive components on the circuit will be easily damaged due to the instant over-voltage and over-current.

5) Please turn off your TV immediately if there is abnormal grating, smoke and burning smell coming out of the TV. Ask a professional to check so that you can avoid serious loss.

6) Please prevent your TV from being affected by moisture. The metal printing foil and components inside the TV are easily affected by the erosion. And you can use your TV frequently because the heat produced by TV can disperse the moisture effectively.
